I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I will guide you and mentor you in a way that empowers you to give yourself permission to dream, to set your own most desired goals, and to become your best self.
I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you first define your goals and then achieve them through adjustments that are incremental, sustainable and effective at increasing your happiness and improving your health.
Most nutritional advice focuses on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. As a health coach, I don’t focus on particular foods being good or bad, restricted or required. I start from the ground up, and draw my clients’ attention to several aspects of wellness, not just nutrition. We start our work together with simple improvements, and through incremental changes that are unique to each client, the impact at the end is powerful!
